A.T. Kearney makes two senior leadership promotions
LONDON –- Global management consultancy firm A.T. Kearney has today announced key organisational changes, effective 1st January 2013, to its leadership team including the promotion of Phil Dunne to UK Managing Partner and the promotion of current UK Managing Partner Phil Morgan to lead the firm’s global people function. The announcement follows the firm’s strong performance throughout the years since its management buy-out (MBO) in 2006.
An M&A; specialist, Phil Dunne has over 25 years of industry and consulting experience. He has been a Partner with A.T. Kearney since 2003 and currently leads the London M&A; Practice, a role which he will continue alongside his country leadership role.

Phil Morgan will join A.T. Kearney’s global Senior Leadership to lead the firm’s people strategy and its HR function. He comments, “A.T.
