Saudi Arabia specified Booz Allen was to be given the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract as a sole source provider for technical advisory and assistance support services for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces Command, in its control and communication upgrade program.

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command in San Diego, Calif., manages the contract, which is to be completed by May 2004.
