  Huron Consulting Group had announced that the company will offer business consulting services to US organizations that have business interests in Latin America with the formation of its new Miami office lead by Jesse M.

Rodriguez. The Miami office will complement Huron's ability to serve clients in domestic situations and enhance Huron's geographic reach internationally.

"With the ever changing Latin American business market, Huron's new Miami office will provide our clients a unique international perspective," said Gary Holdren, president, Huron Consulting Group. "A key component of our growth strategy is to offer a diverse set of business consulting services to our clients, including U.S. companies that have interests in Latin America and around the world."

Prior to joining Huron, Mr. Rodriguez was a managing director for Latin American M&A; and Merchant Banking at Banc of America Securities and a vice president at Salomon Smith Barney in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

In addition, Felipe Holguin will be joining Huron's Miami office as a managing director. Prior to Huron, Mr. Holguin served as the managing director of the Latin American M&A; and Merchant Bank Group at Banc of America Securities. Prior to Banc of America Securities, he was a vice president in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Salomon Smith Barney focused on Latin America and cross-border transactions and he was a consultant for Boston Consulting Group.
