A new study by Booz Allen Hamilton reveals CEO Job Security is declining throughout the World, with average CEO tenure declining 23% between 1995 and 2001.
The survey, conducted with the 2,500 largest publicly traded corporations, suggests growing shareholder impatience and board activism — not just in North America, but particularly in Europe, where the pace of forced CEO departure has greatly accelerated.
