Booz Allen Hamilton awarded ITES-2S contract
Booz Allen Hamilton has been awarded an Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 2 Services (ITES-2S) contract for the US Army, which is a 9-year program with a ceiling of $20 Billion.
The ITES-2S contract allows the US Army to quickly procure high-quality, cost-effective IT solutions and services for the Army's Enterprise Mission Support Services Solutions contract. ITES-2S is a consolidated contract vehicle for products and services and serves as a follow-on to the original ITES-Enterprise Mission Support Services Solutions contract.
The services under ITES-2S include: Business process reengineering, information systems security, information assurance, IT services, network support, systems operations and maintenance, program management, enterprise design, integration and consolidation, and education and training.
EDS also was selected as an ITES-2S prime contractor last week.
