Results from Top-Consultant.com`s candidate survey show McKinsey and Accenture as the two most favoured consultancy employers.
With 1700+ responses, the results will be of growing significance as consultancies enter a new growth phase and are looking to hire the best talent once again.
Surprise results include the relatively poor performance of Bain – suggesting that while the firm is good at retaining staff it is not so good at communicating its proposition to candidates in the market.
