Lord Turnbull has been appointed Senior Adviser to Booz Allen Hamilton’s UK practice and a member of the firm’s European Advisory Board.

The appointment of Lord Turnbull, who was formerly the Cabinet Secretary and Head of the Home Civil Service in the UK government, has been approved by the Prime Minister, as required by the Ministerial Code, on the advice of Advisory Committee on Business Appointments.
At Booz Allen, Lord Turnbull will focus on the most pressing senior issues facing clients in the private and public sectors. His particular experience and interest lies in addressing the major challenges of the European reform agenda, the evolution of the UK financial services sector, the future of energy policy, and public sector reform.
