Booz Allen Hamilton’s Board of Directors has approved the election of four Managing Directors to lead the firm's worldwide business operations effective April 1, 2006.

The new Managing Directors are:
Dennis O. Doughty, 49 – Managing Director, Global Functional Capabilities – serving both commercial and government clients through a broad array of functional capabilities that provide scale and bring world-class expertise to all of Booz Allen's markets. Doughty, based in McLean, Virginia, joined Booz Allen in 1983, and most recently led the firm's worldwide technology business.
Mark J. Gerencser, 45 – Managing Director, Global Government Markets – serving government markets in the United States and worldwide with specialized domain expertise in defense, intelligence and homeland security, and civilian government agencies/ministries. Gerencser, based in McLean, Virginia, joined Booz Allen in 1982, and most recently led the firm's business in information assurance and enterprise resilience.
Daniel C. Lewis, 55 – Managing Director, Global Commercial Markets – serving commercial markets worldwide with specialized expertise in industries including: automotive, consumer and media, energy and utilities, financial services, and telecommunications. Lewis, based in San Francisco, California joined Booz Allen in 1978, and most recently led the firm's worldwide commercial business.
Klaus Mattern, 47 – Managing Director, Global Integrated Markets — serving both commercial and government clients in converging markets such as global health and global transportation, as well as integrated geographic markets in North Asia, Latin America, Australia-New Zealand and Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Dr. Mattern, based in Dusseldorf, Germany, joined Booz Allen in 1986, and most recently led the firm's global industry and strategic leadership practices.
