Consulting Prospects is aimed at providing the industry with a barometer of optimism and a source for identifying new growth opportunities. The first edition showed over 75% of management consultants had experienced a growth in client enquiries and new orders over the preceding 12 months and that this was expected to continue and even accelerate over the next 12 months.
As Christmas approaches, it's time for us to ask you once again – how has our industry been performing of late and where do you see it heading in 2006?
The first survey included an exceptionally strong pool of responses from consultants at Accenture, Atos Consulting, BearingPoint, Capgemini, Celerant, Deloitte, EDS, IBM Business Consulting, KPMG, LEK Consulting, LogicaCMG, Marakon and PA Consulting amongst others. When asked to identify the practice areas that were likely to experience the strongest growth in the next year, consultants chose a top 5 comprising:
1= Financial Services
1= Public Sector
3. Healthcare & Pharma
4. Telecoms, Media & Entertainment
5. Energy & Utilities
But is this still your view, or have things moved on since the summertime?…
All practicing consultants are invited to take part in this Q4 poll and it will take you less than a minute to complete. Simply submit the short form below and we'll once again compile the answers from hundreds of consultants before sending you your free copy of the “Consulting Prospects” report…
