Mercer Oliver Wyman has appointed Paul Mee as a director in the firm's rapidly growing European Strategic IT practice.

Based in the London office, Mee will be responsible for business development and project implementation in Strategic IT across all sectors of the financial services industry with a particular emphasis on Retail and Business Banking.
In his new role, Mee will focus on leveraging Mercer Oliver Wyman's deep financial services expertise to help clients define and execute IT strategy.

Mee brings more than ten years of experience as a Strategic IT consultant and a strong track record of success in the financial services sector. Prior to joining Mercer Oliver Wyman, Paul was a Principal in the Financial Services IT Group at Booz Allen Hamilton. Prior to his consulting roles, Paul worked for the 24-hour banking organisation Firstdirect, initially as the Systems Development Manager directing all customer-centric IT developments and then as the Business Development Manager in the Commercial Department, encompassing Marketing and Customer Relationship Management.
