David Beaupre will serve as the national practice leader in healthcare and nonprofit and will be based in Washington DC. Michael Minton has been appointed to the role of director of quality assurance.
Beaupre brings more than 21 years of experience in business process re-engineering, change management, merger & integration, organizational transformation, regulatory compliance, shared services and strategic planning for a broad range of nonprofit organizations. He has worked with board members, CEO's, CFO's and presidents in over 60 organizations across the U.S., England and Russia. Beaupre was most recently from Booz Allen Hamilton. Prior to that, he was a partner at Arthur Andersen serving the higher education market in New England.
Minton brings 18 years of experience with multimillion dollar engagements. He was formerly a senior principal at American Management Systems, having served as a large scale engagement director, quality assurance specialist and in the launch of their Business Process Renewal (BPR) knowledge center. He began his career with United Airlines and Greenbrier & Russel.
