Two executives with deep expertise in the insurance and health care industries, Rick Madock and Robert Rudy, have joined DiamondCluster International as partners.

Among their career accomplishments, Rick and Robert co-founded InsuranceNoodle, an Internet-enabled wholesaler of commercial property and casualty insurance from the nation's leading insurers. It distributes commercial insurance products for over 1,000 types of businesses in 49 states. Over the past few years, they have worked together as partners consulting to the largest life, property & casualty and health insurers in the US. Earlier in their careers, both held senior management positions in both life and property and casualty companies.
Madock, 48, joins DiamondCluster after previously serving as President of CNA Small Commercial Insurance and Senior Vice President of Alleghany Corp. A resident of Oak Park, IL, he holds an MBA from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management, Claremont University and a BA in psychology from San Diego University.
Rudy, 46, has many years of international management consulting experience with McKinsey & Company, A.T. Kearney and as founder of Paradox Advisors, where he launched several innovative businesses for insurance and financial services clients. Robert has extensive experience in insurance distribution channel management, customer service, claims and underwriting. A resident of Glencoe, IL, Robert holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
