After two year of falling rates of employment for graduates from Ivy League universities, campus career centres are reporting a modest increase in this year's numbers of grads being hired right after graduation.

Supporting that trend, the director of Bain & Company's office in Dallas, Mark Jones, quoted by The New York Times, said the management consulting firm is planning to increase the number of people it recruits on campuses by 30 percent this year.
"We're definitely more optimistic than six to nine months ago," he said.
