Mr. Almasy brings to Ivey over 30 years experience in strategy consulting.

“As the new leader of Ivey's Executive Development operations, Erich's extensive management experience and proven success in building strong customer relationships will be great assets as we grow Ivey's Executive Development business in this increasingly competitive market,” Ms. Stephenson, Dean of the school, stated.

A recipient of Harvard MBA and AB cum laude degrees, Mr. Almasy is active in community affairs as a Director of the Canadian Opera Company and a trustee for both the United Way of Greater Toronto and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health Foundation.

The Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario is considered Canada's top business school and it has campuses in London [Ontario], Mississauga, Toronto, and Hong Kong, where it was the first North American business school to establish a campus in Asia.
