Executive expansions support global consulting firm's continued rapid growth.

North Highland names five VPs

North Highland has announced the appointment of five to vice president positions as the global consulting firm continues to expand both domestically and internationally. Currently, North Highland has 45 offices in the United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific. The new vice presidents at North Highland include:

Robert Hogan, VP and Local Office Leader, New York. Hogan has over 23 years of management consulting experience, specializing in areas of financial management, finance transformation and related technologies. Most recently, he was a partner with Deloitte.

Mike Keenan, VP, Philadelphia. Keenan offers extensive consulting experience in change management, organization design and development, program/project management and process improvement. His career includes a successful consulting term with Accenture.

Ravi Puri, VP, Atlanta. Puri has 20-plus years of business and IT C-level advisory and consulting experience and leads North Highland's CIO Services & Supply Chain Management practice. Previously, he held leadership positions at IBM and Deloitte.

Clark Varner, VP, Houston. Most recently, Varner was a partner in Accenture's Global Energy Practice and has two decades of experience in management consulting, specializing in process design, program management, CRM and supply chain management.

Kristen Vennum, Washington, D.C. Previously serving as principal at North Highland, Vennum specializes in healthcare and non-profit and offers experience in enterprise performance management, strategic planning, CRM, customer-focused process improvement and change management. She was recognized in 2009 as one of Consulting Magazine's Women Leaders in Consulting.

"This leadership expansion helps to support the much larger company that we are today," explained Dan Reardon, North Highland's chief executive officer. "We are excited about our company's global expansion and the opportunities this added leadership brings to help our clients grow."

Earlier this month, North Highland also announced that former executive vice presidents David Deiters and Michael Lee were appointed as co-presidents over the global consulting firm.

Reardon further indicated that North Highland is undertaking 2010 expansions in the United States, China and the United Kingdom to better serve its multinational clients, and is also expanding partnerships across the globe through Highland Worldwide, the firm's international company.

North Highland is a global, employee-owned consulting firm that delivers strategic and tactical business solutions to Fortune 1000 clients, government agencies and non-profits.
