Ronald Sanders joins Booz Allen Hamilton as senior executive advisor
Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. has named Ronald P. Sanders a senior executive advisor of the firm. In that capacity, Sanders will provide the value of his 37 plus years of experience successfully addressing the federal government’s most difficult human capital challenges across civil, defense and intelligence agencies; developing and applying leading edge techniques to improve human performance in organizations; and improving the quality of life for federal employees. Recently retired as the US intelligence community’s first Chief Human Capital Officer, Sanders will support Booz Allen’s human capital and learning offerings in the defense market.
Sanders is the recipient of the US intelligence community’s highest honor, its Distinguished Service Medal, as well as the Office of Personnel Management’s Theodore Roosevelt Award for Distinguished Public Service. He was elected as a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration in 2006 and is also the recipient of three Presidential Rank Awards for playing a key leadership role in some of the federal government’s most historic organizational transformations.
Sanders received his Doctor of Public Administration with honors from the George Washington University, Master of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Utah, and Bachelor of Arts with honors in Business Management and Administration from the University of South Florida.
