Capgemini appoints CEO for US public sector business

Capgemini said that Joe Moye has been appointed chief executive officer of Capgemini Government Solutions LLC, a member of the Capgemini group.

Prior to this new appointment, Moye served as the head of the Capgemini public sector leadership team in the United States. In his new role as chief executive officer of Capgemini Government Solutions LLC, Moye will continue to drive strategy and growth for Capgemini with US public sector clients, especially in the areas of tax and revenue, justice and public safety, and health and human services.

Moye has spent the last ten years focused on business intelligence and data integration. He has supported numerous global clients and public sector entities with their strategy, architecture and implementation of enterprise information-delivery solutions designed to improve business performance.

Prior to joining Capgemini, Moye was the founder and chief executive officer of Gazelle Consulting, Inc., a branded leader in Business Intelligence professional services, based in Atlanta, Georgia. Gazelle Consulting was acquired by Kanbay International, which has since been acquired by Capgemini. He previously held multiple leadership positions with Sequent Computer Systems and Unisys, where he was responsible for leading business units in support of federal and state & local government work.
