In line with its high growth strategy ea Consulting Group (eacg), the financial services management consultancy, has made a decisive move into the wholesale and investment banking consulting sector with the announcement that Iain Roache has joined as Managing Director to develop eacg's banking practise in these areas.



Iain Roache joins ea Consulting Group to head up new Investment Banking division



On taking up his new role at eacg, Iain Roache commented: "I am excited by the opportunity to work with Steve and the rest of the management team and look forward to help broaden eacg's excellent delivery capability into the wholesale and investment banking space."



He added: "ea Consulting has a highly motivated and experienced team that understands the numerous challenges faced by banks today. This will be invaluable in establishing the consultancy's new business unit in a rapidly growing sector."



After graduating from the London School of Economics with a first class honours degree Iain gained considerable knowledge and experience in investment banking and IT services, occupying a number of positions, which include Partner at A. T. Kearney, Managing Director at Cisco Systems and a variety senior roles at investment banks such as Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas and Kleinwort Benson.



Prior to joining eacg, Iain worked with Abraxas Partners where he supported over 20 technology and services companies in the run up to investment banking transactions and brings with him a unique set of skills coupled with a rigorous analytical approach and a passionate flair for business.
