He joins Capco’s Global Executive Management Committee at a time when the company is seeing increasing demand from a recovering financial services sector for its expertise-driven services. As well as leading the business in the UK, Ismail will oversee Capco’s Human Capital team globally. In addition, he will be responsible for Capco’s India-based offshore operations.
Amla joins Capco from Accenture, where he held a number of senior roles. Most recently he was Managing Director of Outsourcing for Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. Before joining Accenture, Amla was a Vice-President and UK board member for CSC, where he led the financial services business in UK and Ireland.
